It all started in 1975, when the founding grandfather, Mohamed Farran, emigrated from Nabatieh southern Lebanon all the way to Libreville, Gabon, to open a small handmade Lebanese bread shop in Akebe ville.

The development and establishment of the enterprise were overseen by his Son Mr. Hussein Farran. The small bakery has been relocated to a larger space and ready to embrace new technology, including a semi-automatic Lebanese oven.
At present, the bakery is experiencing a phase of growth and expansion under the leadership of Mr. Hussein Farran and his sons. It has firmly established itself in Owendo, equipped with fully automated processes, operations, embracing new technologies, and adhering to the highest standards of safety and hygiene, enabling it to serve all areas of Libreville.
Nestled within Libreville, in Owendo, our bakery has become a beacon of familiarity for both locals and expatriates to savor the taste of home. Passed down from generation to generation, our commitment to excellence and authenticity has never wavered.
